Processing Time:
All DIY explosion boxes are handmade to order, so please allow 4-5 business days to process the order and an additional 3-4 business days for shipping. I use USPS for all shipping.
Returns/Exchanges:
Since the diy boxes are made to order, there will be NO Refunds or exchanges will be given due to inaccurate color or layer choices.
I will gladly remake a box if there is an error made on my behave, a refund will NOT be given.
I cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to postal delays, damages caused by USPS, lost packages as this is completely out of my control. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems happen. I cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided, so please CHECK OUR ADDRESS before submitting your order.
