The coasters are made to order with the colors of Gold and Onyx and each set will be unique and one of a kind. Each resin coaster take 24 hours to cure. They are extreme durable and can be used for hot or cold beverages or simply as a decoration.
Processing Time:
All resin coasters are handmade to order, so please allow 3-5 business day to process the order and an additional 3-4 business days for shipping. I use USPS for all shipping.
Returns/Exchanges:
Since the coaster are made to order there will be NO Refunds or exchanges will be given due to inaccurate color choices.
I will gladly remake a set of coasters if there is an error made on my behave, a refund will NOT be given.
I cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to poral delays, damages caused by USPS, lost packages as this is completely out of my control. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems happen. I cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided, so please CHECK YOUR ADDRESS before submitting your order.
