All ceramic mugs are handmade to order, so please allow 1-3 business days to process the order and an additional 2-4 business days for shipping. I use USPS for all shipping.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are welcome if are not satisfied with your product. You will need to contact us within30 days from receiving the order. We want to make sure the customer is satisfied with all our products so we will gladly remake an item if needed. Returns and exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. Once the item is received, we will gladly fund or exchange the mug for another mug.
PLEASE NOTE: I cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to postal delays, damages caused by USPS, lost packages as this are completely out of my control.
